- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 1 egg beaten
- 2.5 oz soft goat cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Chop cauliflower and steam until soft.
- Mash cauliflower.
- Press out as much water as possible using a cheese bag, dishtowel or some other method.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Press mixture on the baking sheet to 1/3 inch thickness.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until firm and beginning to brown.
- Add toppings.
- Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
